Patient Promotions

At our office we have many things to enroll and encourage our patients. If you have a cleaning done, and do not have any cavities, we will enter you into our No Cavity Club, with a chance to win a gift certificate to a local business. Also, at your cleaning appointments, your child will receive a bag for his/her toothbrush, floss, stickers and a pencil.

If you are having work done, your child will be able to pick a prize from the assortment of toys we have.

If you are a new patient at our office, we will take a picture of your child with Dr. Moffitt to take home along with all the other goodies. Within a month, your child will receive a personalized book in the mail about their visit with Dr. Moffitt.
